Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at ASB Bank full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Was able to work independently in a Branch environment. Learnt heaps, and was great to set up a network of clients. Able to meet most targets, and gain incentives.
Cons
Extremely hard to get a good raise especially when the culture seems to revolve around targets only. Even when one KPI is exceeded by a mile and a half, it still doesn't matter. Managers do not seem to be able to see the bigger picture, and relationship with clients is secondary to selling of products.
