    Pros

The colleagues are great people to work with, most know how to have a laugh are everyone acts like a big work family. Pay isn't the worst for what it is, great employee benefits.

    Cons

Management can be difficult to communicate with at times, I once needed some paperwork signed to show I was trained on a specific area, paperwork didn't get signed for 6 weeks.

    Advice to Management

Make time for your employees and pay attention to what we have to say, might make things easier for everyone.

I worked at ASDA part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Quick easy transition into sales team. Mentor approach taken to improve system structure whilst communicating competency's within the marketing division.

    Cons

Unruly hours culminated in tired mind and brain from exhumation of repetitive tasks which were mundane and un-asset crunching. Unmotivated workforce were omnipresent within the society walls of the company.

    Advice to Management

If there is a straight shooter with upper management written all over him then he has to be explored in depth before rash decisions are made about the hierarchy associated with the baking stand.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at ASDA part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Overtime available, Flexible shifts, Move departments and learn new skills, always busy

    Cons

Management always want more, progression blocked if not liked, top managers only look at figures from previous year so always a year out of date in amount of staff needed for the job ie home shopping

    Advice to Management

Respect workers more and drop the attitude of well I'm alright jack. Realise that colleagues earn only a 1/4 of your wage and work twice as hard
