Pros
Making customers satisfied is a rewarding feeling. The pay is good and job as a personal shopper is enjoyable as get to work out at work walking around so much. Gain many skills working with colleagues of all sorts of backgrounds
Cons
Too figure dominated. No support from manager. If the higher manger has a go at your manager they chuck it back at you. No desire to listen to colleague feelings. Colleagues have no view
