    Pros

Good pay, good benefits, people enjoy working together, it's the kind of growing company that people stick with for a long time

    Cons

A lot of hours are needed sometimes when client issues arise, some technical jobs require weekend and evening hours

    Advice to Management

The best way to improve would be having a shared vision for growth that everyone in the company could contribute to and be working toward
