    Great exposure to many luxury brands

    Cons

    Not flexible with hours. High stress with high calls volume. Office is dirty and invest in better management

    Treat employees better and better salary

    There are no pro’s

    This is company is absolutely deplorable. The reviews listed are fraudulent because they previously had a 2.0 rating as of a few weeks ago. There is an active lawsuit against them for unpaid wages. The lack of leadership displayed by management directly affects the agent’s ability to deliver the service promise to the ASM’s clientele. The decorum and level of unprofessionalism displayed in the office is... deplorable. It becomes increasingly difficult for agents to maintain a positive and professional attitude on each and every call. Leadership can not simply set or enforce the standard they have to be the standard. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

    Plenty of opportunities to make professional connections. Great work environment. Wonderful location.

    Very high stress work environment. If you stress easily, this is not the job for you.

    I have been working at ASM USA

    Pros

    Company invest alot into training associates for their respective brands. Gives great exposure to luxury brands and service. The office environment is very warm and welcoming. They have several shifts available which makes for schedules that fit different needs.

    Cons

    There aren't any cons I can think of. I believe the company is very invested in it's associates and expanding business.

    Pros

    There are no pros everyone there is just down right ignorant from Hire management to lower management. These people have no formal education and they are racist and of course snakes

    Cons

    they dont background check anyone so their are some convicts handling peoples personal information. Completely ignorant to truth both previous management to new management. What a bunch of deadbeat digbats. Everyone is a kiss butt for no reason. You will never be advanced in this company because there is no where to go! Im laughing so hard right now. This company is doomed bound. Its a bunch of dummies and snakes... leading other dummies and snakes

    Advice to Management

    You wont ever win. Plus you have a convict working with personal information but youre smart go figure it out! Once a client finds out your done.....and you will jeopardize the brands that you soooo sweating bricks over. You suck!

    Pros

    Excellent pay, great holidays for regular employees.

    Cons

    Don't go as a contractor..it's a real short end of a stick. Personnel department is catty and conspicuously invasive in areas outside of scope. Political drama can be a side-affect.

    Advice to Management

    Create a liason single point of contact for all contracted employees to make way for better career path for those who perform and fit the culture. Also make sure that ALL departments fall in line with the overall company culture.
