I never openly talked about my religion but I am muslim with a black girlfriend. The culture in the ML team around ethnic minorities and muslims is disgusting. A very undiverse almost like an Oxford version of Google rejects. Long hours with weekend working no progression unless you know how to stroke egos The team don't understand experimental research methods or machine learning outside of neural networks extreme bias against working class, BAME, and muslims. Product owners don't know much about product ownership or management
