I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

The harder you work, the the more you are rewarded. Incredible bonuses, training, coaching and support from managers. They give you the formula to succeed. Only you will hold you back.

    Cons

If you don't put the time in, you don't get paid. Not really a con but that's all I can think of.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great motivational support and coaching

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

you can literally work from your bed. never get out of bed again! free leads that are literally forwarded to you from a transfer agent.

    Cons

commissions are low. cancel rate is high. the transfer agents generally don't listen to the client or you before they've handed the client off so you get a lot of garbage.

    Advice to Management

do some quality control on the front end of the process with those transfer agents.

  6. "Leads are few and far between"

    StarStarStarStarStar
Current Employee - Sales in San Diego, CA

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

Work from your computer. Sell life over the phone. Fully automated process.

    Cons

Long wait times for leads. The push you to weekends, early mornings and evenings. Incoming calls become fewer and fewer. Need to be licensed in multiple states.

    Advice to Management

Management is aware of the problem but says there is nothing they can do. Give people a chance to succeed before starving them with no opportunities.

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

    Paid Daily. Work from Home.

    Cons

They tell you that you need to be licensed in 12 states to start. You go through about 15-20 hours of training the first week. You work as an inbound transfer agent and get paid $20 per transfer. After training...crickets. The phone rings once maybe every two hours. The company tells you to throw more money at it by getting licensed in 25-30 states. Their system has constant errors. Leads are the same leads over...

    Advice to Management

If you are in management at Assurance, you have already sold your soul and there is nothing for me to say to you other than you should stop lying and misleading people.

I have been working at ASSURANCE for more than a year

    Pros

I have worked with ASSURANCE since January 2018 and have found them to be the best company I have ever worked for (and I have taught school, worked in adoptions, and sold a variety of products.) The money is just wonderful! Working out of my home is a definite plus. Insurance has been my career for 8 years. ASSURANCE attracts the most high-professional, high-tech people I have ever met, and they always have the backs...

    Cons

It is hard work, and you must have the right mindset and work to keep that right mindset. But, hey, that is the definition of "work", right?

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

Committing is the key and then holding yourself accountable since you work for yourself. Incredible opportunity to grow and succeed.

    Cons

I wish I had started 2 years ago!

Work at home at your pace.

    Cons

The leads are unworkable and the products are even worse.

    Advice to Management

Go to church. You lied to people about the opportunity, I feel badly for anyone that left a real job to come work for this sham of an organization. Clearly there at a lot of fake reviews out there, read every one star review you see before you make a huge mistake.
