I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

Too many PRO's to list...... Biggest PRO is they pay for ALL the leads! You make your own hours = you make your own paycheck; work from home, or anywhere there is an internet connection; daily meetings are short and not mandatory; daily recognition of the ones getting it done; great scripted platform; you dont ever make 1 dial as the system does all the dialing for you; products fit 99% of the need so there is always...

    Cons

Don't come here to work 20 hours per week. Plan on a normal 40-hour work week and you will be rewarded. You need to have at least 5 states to keep your phone popping. I have 10 so it never stops ringing. It's a 1099 position so would have to buy your own benefits on the open market.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

Work from home, can log on and work your own hours during the day.

    Cons

The volume is SUPER SLOW. You can sit for 30 minutes without taking a call. The majority of the calls are hang ups. My transfer rate it high, but without calls I am making about $8 per hour..LOL. You get paid $4 per transfer, and even though they say you get paid between $4 and $16 per lead, the highest I have seen is $6. So, if you just want something as a distraction it is fine, but as a REAL job it misses the mark...

Start firing bottom performers with low transfer rates so you don't lose your top people.

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

First, I am new to the industry. I made a career change after 25 years in phone sales, so this type of product may be new but not phone work. For me, this is just another product with another company. Inside Sales reps know the role well, if you are an outside sales person or afraid of the phone-this is NOT the gig for you. Pros: Daily Pay Managers who will take your calls/email/texts whenever needed and help!...

    Cons

Cons: There is no honor among thieves; meaning that even if you have been working a lead for months if someone else calls them and they close at that moment you are out of the loop. The dialer is slooooow at times Some of the telemarketing folks are jerks and don't warm transfer so we get yelled at for the transfer. Leads- I could write a novel about the leads, but suffice it to say many of them are just spam...

Yo Marketing team, I have a degree in marketing with a certificate in Social Media Marketing...I don't know what you guys are putting out there but get it together! Some of what clients are telling me seems shady and unethical.

I worked at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

Getting to work from home if you have the needed high speed internet.

    Cons

You have to invest your own money to get licensed in at least 10 states as a non resident (which I did) cost around 300.00. I also rented an office to get the high speed internet, and had a week of training. Then after the calls stop coming in (I only had 3) and these 3 were not qualified, the calls stop coming and you will be told that unless you purchase at least 10 more states you won't get any calls. Its typically...

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

working from home and you can log on and off at any time

    Cons

Tiers. It's a waste of time to sit and get bad leads and earn no commission. The system is not fair to those that have spent hours online and not receive the same leads as the "top performers." In the beginning there was no tier system and now most of us receive old and bad leads that have been recycled. There is no room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Remove the tier system. Listen to your contractors. Many are suffering. Stop sending texts and posts saying Marking has ramped up and then when we get on we are disappointed. And during bonuses rules are changing that makes the person disqualified to get the bonus. Because of your hype, people are going homeless.

I have been working at ASSURANCE for less than a year

    Pros

    Paid Daily. Work from Home.

    Cons

They tell you that you need to be licensed in 12 states to start. You go through about 15-20 hours of training the first week. You work as an inbound transfer agent and get paid $20 per transfer. After training...crickets. The phone rings once maybe every two hours. The company tells you to throw more money at it by getting licensed in 25-30 states. Their system has constant errors. Leads are the same leads over...

    I worked at ASSURANCE

    Pros

Work from home, decent commission, good communication with other member of team , good system , flexibility

    Cons

Bad leads, Tier process that leaves many agents waiting more than 1 hour for calls , too many politics , chargebacks are horrible , products were horrible

    Advice to Management

At any sales job , no agent should have to wait over an hour for a call. You would be better off making people do outbound calls as well as inbound . Get better products ,HII is not the only provider , do charge backs over a period of time , if not it’s like taking out a pay day loan considering the horrible products

    Pros

For someone starting out this is a great place to land. The possibility to earn six figures your first year is entirely possible with this company. The beauty of this model is the fact that you will be supplied leads at no cost. They have a great system and with time will be amazing. Imagine, working from home earning six figures.

    Cons

If you can't stomach outbound calling and rejection then this is certainly not for you. With any sales job you will have your fair share of it. This one starts out with outbound leads to cut your teeth.

    Pros

Founded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet. Entirely probable for the right candidate to make excellent money working from home. Great tech, processes are absolutely top notch. Company is experiencing tremendous growth.

    Cons

Must already be experienced. Little direction which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you know what you're doing, Contract work, no residuals so time off is detrimental to your pay.
