    Pros

Pay and benefits are good, option to trade schedules with coworkers if needed

    Cons

Morale was very low. Difficult to come in each day sitting at a desk for eight hours doing the same thing over and over.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more with employees about what is going on with the company. If changes are going to be made let them know as soon as possible, don't wait until the day a change in policy is going into effect to say "oh we're doing this now."

    Pros

they provided basically free cell phones to emplyees- I was a part time employee, yet still enjoyed some of the "perks". They were good to me when I was sick and treated me fairly- pay was hourly and not great but not horrible, either

    Cons

they were all about VOLUME. You HAD to speak to a certain number of people per hour and the callers were irate when they tried to dial and would get my dept- (which meant they hadn't paid their bills)... there were occasions when some detail and thoroughness needed and even then- your number of customers handled per hour would be

    Advice to Management

take the time to EXAMINE why a rep's numbers were low- maybe they had several problem callers- before jumping around and berating someone....
also- the training was ridiculous- to start I was shown "This is a keyboard, THIS is a mouse" blah, blah....pretty basic stuff....breaks were fair, pay was commiserate with duties performed but there was no way to truly distinguish oneself there... and I had a manager "lift funds" when I paid a bill in cash (for long distance I owed)....
