    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of room for career advancement. Great benefits and pay and rewards for accomplishments. Easy work week, not slave-drivers! Understand the work-life balance and keep employees stress in-check. Not micromanagers easy, you set your own course, for the most part.

    Cons

Long, drawn out projects, that could have been done less expensively and with less time, but too much red tape. Caty coworkers made it hard to work. Mandatory training and placement in another city for strike duty.
