I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

a regular paycheck is about all one can say

    Cons

some employees are subjected to such repeated extreme bullying & harassment -they can barely concentrate on their jobs to do right by the consumer.Property damage, abuse of sensitive persons w heavy duty cleaning chemicals, ugly commentary. The senior manager condones & supports bullying of employees who are not her ethnic group- Its daily, its constant & if you complain they will turn it around on you "How dare you not do a good job while we are harassing you ! You're the problem " It is an completely out of control environment , where everyday we have to watch our backs . It is a hell on earth, when all we want is to peacefully do our jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Develop some morals & ethics.

    Pros

Co-workers and training is very good.

    Cons

Management, career growth is non existant, and no communication between senior management. commission always changes and makes it worse

    Advice to Management

you guys are clueless and have no idea how to run the company. the retail sales consultants are the backbone to the company. they work the hardest and I would bet you guys wouldn't last a day in our environement, but yet you guys set high goals and lower our commission. smart move no wonder why people leave your comany at a rapid pace.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It used to be a great place to work at before the AT&T merger. Not sure why everyone follows AT&T guidelines after the company almost went bankrupt

    Cons

They penny-pinch and blame upper management for all the things that have not been done, this may vary from org to org within the company.

    Advice to Management

They need to treat their employees with respect and offer incentives to boost morale. A lot of unhappy employees at this time.
