    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good money, and benefits

    Cons

My manager was horrible, he discriminated against me until he finally got me out the door. He was very Untrustworthy and unethical. He told all your business to sales rep and made you feel very little . Threaten my job daily if metrics wasn’t met. A very hostile work environment. I stated to hate my job the moment he took over the store. My 1st time ever making a mistake caused me my job. I invested 8 years of my life to a company that didn’t care anything about me.

    Advice to Management

Be care who you hire to run your business. The particular store manager was the worst i ever crossed paths with. The turn over rate is super high at his loacation due to him being untrustworthy.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, Discounts on services, Employee Offers on products, In-store experience provides great training for other leadership jobs, Incentives can be earned

    Cons

Negative outlook form Upper Management. Threats about jobs are made daily, and unethical behavior is encouraged, but they will not have your back if you get in trouble. Up and coming management for front-line positions are not as prepared as they once were.

    Advice to Management

Needs an entire culture shift. Constantly bringing negative attitude and zero leadership doesn't inspire your employees to work harder or better for you. Store management is supposed to provide coaching and development to their sales staff to prepare them for future careers. That does no take place above the store level.
