    Pros

It's great to be OUT of AT&T

    Cons

Negative, juvenile management. I had 23 years of perfect attendance, and was NEVER recognized for it. My first level in LNS spent 4 or more years trying to fire me on trumped up charges. Thank God it didn't work. I am SO HAPPY to be a former employee. The defeatist mentality used by Management at Mesa III was horrendous. You know who you are, and you should be ASHAMED!!! I do forgive you for what you did to me, and others who didn't deserve it.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and see that non-management is the backbone of AT&T. We used to work together for the success of the company, but those days are gone. Treat your subordinates with respect, and stop trying to beat us out of our pensions!!!!!

    I worked at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Only pay is good nothing more then that.

    Cons

Worst management no focus on latest technologies, haven't expected this from a giant like at&t. It's like slow drug which kills your career growth...
It's like we selling our time to them...

    Advice to Management

Biggest suggestion to management - if you hire a person see how you can use his knowledge to the company and how how he can grow him self in career path.

    Pros

Good benefits, Salaries deposit in time, Certifications payed by company, Good place for a beginner

    Cons

Some teams are really waste of time, Many errors at the past in salary calculations (especially for teams with shifts), bad working environment.

    Advice to Management

Management should try to be more flexible and OPEN MINDED (for that reason you hire one guy and at the same time another two guys leave !!!!)
