    yearly layoffs, not always good job security

    Pay, Benefits, Paid time off with holidays as well

    Cons

    Management, Culture, long hours with mandatory over time, no prospect of moving up or around the company starting at this position

    Advice to Management

    Train your employees, respect your employees, do not try to cripple your employees. Simple: LEAD YOUR TEAM TO SUCCESS!! NOT THE OPPOSITE

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule and ability to work from home regularly is a huge perk. Annual bonus of 13 % is great but not always guaranteed.

    Cons

    High, and many times unrealistic expectations. Mature organization with many processes that hinder innovation even though that is what leadership is asking for.
