    Pros

I have not started just yet, but it seems that so far they have been very quick about getting me the information I needed to make sure everything went through smoothly. All expenses are paid for for my three week training session and they get back to you quickly when you have questions. They were able to get back to me the same day for all the questions that I had.

    Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about the company yet, but I'm sure that there will be some negatives. They seem to have a idea about keeping you in the know about what they want you to do and make sure you understand.

    Advice to Management

At this time I have no feedback to give

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Non management employees have a union to support them with great benefits, guaranteed raises, vacation, and job security. The union prevents corporate executives and management from taking advantage of great non management employees. You meet a lot of great people working in the retail environment and offer rewards for top salesmen. That's about it though.

    Cons

AT&T doesn't support their reps through leadership. They purely just manage them, observe the bad behaviors only to document them. The upper management is never supportive and never positive. AT&T recently conducted a plan to reduce their entire employment count by 1/3 the amount in 2017. They are changing all Corporate stores to dealers which makes employees lose all benefits, hourly pay, and union support. They have continuously changed the commission structure to pay their sales reps less. They also don't allow proper time for their reps to go to college to continue their education and make it extremely difficult to attend school.

    Advice to Management

Lead better, create more jobs, promote from within same market, support your salesmen, make attending college easier for your employees.

    Good face to face experience

    Cons

No life. Work all weekends and late hrs

    Advice to Management

More opportunity for diverse time off instead of by tenure

    Pros

Great insurance, nice benefits, they pay for uniforms

    Cons

No balance, not a good job for parents. Hard to move forward in positions or to transfer locations. Ran a lot like government, if one person messes up, everyone is punished. Micromanagement as an art, ha!

    Advice to Management

If you hire intelligent good people, trust them, you don't have to hover.
