    Decent company to work with.
Excellent internal courses to enhance your knowledge both in technical and management.

    Cons

Age old hierarchy still exists. Top heavy org. Even the immediate (first level) managers cannot take a feedback from employees. In other words managers are untouchables.

    Pros

When you are part of the AT&T family, there is many a purpose to life. Take for example the recent ERG conference - what a way to showcase our commitment to community, giving back and volunteering. This goes beyond being just another employee - this is a great way to making a difference both within and outside the workplace. I simply LOVE it! #life@att

    Cons

There are no negatives but definitely an area to focus on is provide better visibility, branding and inclusive opportunities to international locations. Only then can AT&T be a truly global organization
