    Take the consultants who have been tenured and successful advice at times even though you are hire than them its consultants it can only be helpful

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Free Phone-line, Free equipment, Pretty good pay and excellent benefits.

    Cons

    Forcing pushy sales and almost slamming things down the customers throat. Constantly changing the commission plans to pay less for more sales.

    Advice to Management

    Remember that giving good customer service shouldn't cost the customers more. have a closer look at store management and hold them accountable for more.
