Mostly cool people
The ASMs (assistant store managers) seemed very social and likeable.
Make good money.
This company is all around good spot to make money.
If you work close, don’t count on a specific time to get out.
They only worry about numbers
They’re point system is crap
DONT MISS WORK (no matter what it’s a point)
Gotta be a quick learner, you either sink or swim.
Dealing with people complaining
There can be a lot of confusion sometimes when it comes to a bill.
Advice to Management
Train the new hires at a more hands on bases. The virtual training for 2 weeks isn’t much of a help. All your learning is done on the floor.
