I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great pay. Earn as much as you can sale. Good time off. The atmosphere changes constantly because of the changing products. You don't have to chase sales people want new phones all the time.

    Cons

Retail hours. Making money with your days off. Micromanaging can be a nuisance. Hard to not take home work knowing if you don't answer the phone you could potentially lose a customer

I have been working at AT&T part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The relationships you build with customers and learning about how fast technology chnages

    Cons

The management at my store location micromanaged too much

    Advice to Management

Don't lose sight of congratulating your employees instead of degrading them with negatives all day
