    I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    At&t is always looking to promote from within. They give everyone a chance at being developed into a leader or a better sales person, which ever area you want to grow in. The money is ridiculous, you can make so much money with this company and its so easy.

    Cons

    Customers. They have a tendency to blow things out of proportion. this job is a 9 hour day 5 days week and can be stressful. its easy to hit your numbers if you have basic sales experience, but it can be draining.

    Advice to Management

    always be on the same page with all management in the store.

    They want more, more, and more. What ever you did typically isn't good enough.

    Learn how to appreciate the your employees. Give them gratitude on what they did good and talk to them about what they can improve on.

    Decent Pay, Good benefits, opportunity fort advancement

    Bad area management. try strict corporate culture. Company is always looking for a way to pay seller less in commission.

    Advice to Management

    Very corporate structure. You have several managers at the store level to report to. Then you have several district managers who barely know you or the products you sale. Their job is to "pump" you up to sale, but all they do it talk down to you.
