I worked at AT&T for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good overall environment, the company has great values, but the problem is no one realy lives by them

    Cons

The system is broken, too much fraud and too many fraudsters who get good numbers and promoted for doing so.

    Advice to Management

stop promoting fraudsters and dive in to see how results are being obtained

"Great pay and benefit, but when you're treated more like an expendable pawn rather then a valued employee."

I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay, benefits, and upward mobility in the company. If you are good you can make a lot of money. 2014 I made 55k and in my store on the low end they made 45k.

    Cons

Lack of horizontal mobility, work life balance, constant changes to pay structure, lack of job security, you are expected to perform on metrics that you are not paid for, and the tardiness system is unfair. I tore my acl and even that isn't excused.

    Advice to Management

Stop beating down your employee to avoid high turnover, give more work life balance we are people not machines, better union involvement on mobility side, restructure your attendance system, offer chairs for employees who has to work 10 to 12 hrs a day, and work on the culture you have at AT&T.
