    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent pay for someone who has no college degree, great discounts

    Cons

Micro management, Job is deceive and lie to customers to earn a living. Every customer that walks in has to hear about direct tv and all products even if your just buying a cord or paying a bill. It is demoralizing position after time. Management got their position from stuffing customers with products that they don't need.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to clean house at every location. Ive seen a whole team leave all at once. Stop

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This company offers paid vacation time, benefits ($1,500 medical deductible only option), paid holidays.

    Cons

    Work life balance.
    Value employees.
    Employee treatment.
    On time payment for employment.
    Respect from management.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and their time. I severed your company loyally for 6 years as a manager and when I was leaving for a better opportunity you refused to pay me on time. This is not a good company to work for. The managers belittle and threaten their employees and as a manager I can say I was encouraged to do so. Employees are also encouraged to complete screw customers into products and services. Employees are discouraged to be upfront and honest with their customers.
