    I worked at AT&T full-time

    Pros

    Benefits including Short Term Disability (if you need it) is good.

    Cons

    Pay raises are very small with lowered bonuses. Insurance price continues to increase. The max-out-of-pocket for a family is almost 10 grand. Very stressful with little praise. Continually micro-managed. New management from directv seems to want to move jobs to vendor centers. Management intimidates employees when their surveys come out and will retaliate if you give them bad comments or scores.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your employees. Give them better insurance options. Learn to make the call center environment less stressful.
