I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you are a team player with a common goal to win it's a great environment to experience many successes. AT&T has a flexible work environment that allows employees the ability to work from home.

    Cons

If AT&T truly believed in their products, they would use them themselves. They sell better products than what they have available for their own use.

    Advice to Management

Continuous downsizing in areas of the business that clearly can't support further reductions.
Senior management may be too short-sighted on their long-term game plan that I believe will be very successful but not without much growing pain because of this.
