    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work, great team work and training to keep you sharp. Management was very supportive and the people you worked with are very friendly

    Cons

There is a lot of admin work to do, other than that its a great opportunity to grow professionally. Maybe the pay could of been a little better.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, you guys rock. Loved the way you trained and developed your team and held everyone accountable without having to be a jerk.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have learned a ton from this job. It has allowed me the freedom to increase my human capital as I see fit.

    Cons

Unfortunately, this job doesn't pay well. I have worked here for over 6 years and never received a raise though I have taken on additional responsibility. Unfortunately, my small group is under the wrong business line. If we were transferred to Mobility we could have much more impact and most certainly would be compensated well for it.
