I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great experience and exposure to new technologies. Gained significant leadership experience & training.

Very high pressure environment with several departments not taking ownership of issues and problems.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your team. Your team are more than numbers on a spreadsheet and, ultimately it's up to your team, not you, whether you fail or succeed.
