    Pros

    Very good training, very good benefits.

    Cons

    Hours can sometimes be harsh as a field tech, and the extremely corporate nature does grate on you after a while.

    Advice to Management

    Less metrics, more useful feedback.

    Not really much but decent pay

    Cons

    You are treated like trash. Ive worked 5 diff locations across ohio and managers are same. Ignorant union doesnt back you on anything. If your smart youd stay far away

    Treat your technicians like human beings.

    Pros

    Competitive salary and benefits; well-known industry name; world-class network.

    Cons

    Client Solutions Executives are given an assigned module of customers (50+ for customers with some spend; 100+ for customers with little to no spend) and cannot develop business outside of it. This can present some difficulty in an environment where these customers have had different reps come through their door almost annually. This isn't a problem exclusive to AT&T but one that permeates the industry.

    There is a lot of talk about work/life balance but, in reality, it's work/life juggle - again not a problem exclusive to AT&T.

    Can you even hear me from down here?

    Benefits, Total Compensation; Co-workers, continuation training, focus on overall customer experience, employee discounts, continuous technology updates and innovations, Tuition reimbursement

    Cons

    Minimal opportunities in CLE market, outsourcing positions to third party vendors, negative or counter productive employee morale, too much focus on hiring for diversity and not the best candidate

    Promote based upon qualifications not gender or race

    GREAT PAY! The training program was really good.I would recommend this job for anyone who wants to make great money

    Cons

    Stress from customers calling in, and the stress from the higher ups and the "numbers" you had to hit were unreasonable.

    Advice to Management

    Stand behind the reps, so difficult to get out of the union and into management once you start with the company.
