I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits are competitive. Discounts on services.

    Cons

No chance for advancement in current climate. Expect positions to be sourced overseas. CWA is a big detractor. No flexibility and institutionalized mediocrity.
