Changing quotas and pay structure they literally look at the least selling product and place most focus on selling it,

    Approves of CEO

I worked at AT&T full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can make good money. And the benefits are good.

    Cons

Very cut throat atmosphere. It's all in who you know as to where you go in the company. Also, if you are over 50, they will find a way to get rid of you.

    Advice to Management

They need to keep a closer eye on their Retail Managers and the way they are treating their employees.
