I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Worked for this company for almost 30 years now. They helped fund my education and raise a family.

    Cons

ABSOLUTELY no work/life balance. Job entails working everyday of the week all hours of the day and night. I will not be here much longer. Short staffed team that does not backfill positions when someone leaves, just passes that person's responsibilities on to everyone else.

    Advice to Management

Start valuing your employees a little more and they will give you more

I worked at AT&T for more than a year

    Pros

One has the opportunity to work from home with this position

    Cons

Hostile environment at times, however, the contract rates are normally good.

    Advice to Management

Treat your contractors and employees a little kinder
