I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great money. Amazing training. Goal based infrastructure to max out money by simply, selling more.

    Cons

Retail Hours. Hard to work your way up management in large areas. Envy is the route to all evil. Competitiveness strikes other reps as a bad trait.

    Advice to Management

Provide feedback in a positive yet, critical way. Tell your reps what they are doing wrong by showing them how to do it correct.

I have been working at AT&T for more than a year

    Pros

Medical insurance, dental benefits, and pension.

    Cons

Micro managed, pressured to sell, unrealistic goals, and lack of moral.

    Advice to Management

Retain your employees with more training rather than fear.
