I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Pay is really good compared to other companies with same skills. The benefits are good too. The 401k offers a real good match

    Cons

It is really hard to move around in the company if you are an outside technician. Should have programs set up for advancements.

    Pros

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Why spend so much on training if your gonna make the working conditions so bad that you lose your employees. Increase work life balances for employees and the customers. A six hour install should not start at 4pm.
