    Pros

    Large vision. Extensive network. Resources. And an ability to execute on a global scale. Financial plans extend out to a large resource area.

    Cons

    Large bureaucracy. Poor integration and lack of vision in executing details effectively. Very focused on roi and outsourcing. Often integration at the point of concept but not execution

    Take care of your customers and your employees. It's not about just the bottom line. Through all the changes you know how to optimize. Now learn how to care.
