    Positive Outlook

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots of great benefits (AT&T discounts, health, etc) and some jobs have flexibility on whether you work from home or the office. Plus there are locations everywhere so relocating isn't too difficult.

    Cons

It's too big of a company that has had a hard time merging all of it's acquisitions into one cohesive team. It's also extremely frugal for a billion dollar company - should put much more money towards making employees happy

    Advice to Management

Stop being so numbers driven! There are plenty of other measurements and goals you can assess your employees on
