    The employees, no drama, really hard working people

    Too big of a company, they forget about the front line employees, especially if you are not generating revenue.

    Advice to Management

    Don't send your representatives home if they hurt your "stats". It's like y'all forget we have families to feed and take care of.

    Pros

    I love the purpose my work provides to the big picture of accessibility and finance. I appreciate being part of the change our business is taking. I look forward to hearing some of the most current states of the business from our leaders.

    Cons

    I think the after party needed some more thought to encourage more participation. Maybe have all the ERGs take part in it instead of having each ERG have their own suites or get togethers at the same time.

    Keep valuing your employees and providing the support you do.

    The ability and the opportunity to help customers with their accts and do everything possible to meet their expectations.

    Cons

    That it is not a one and one communication ..face to face to sometimes is more difficult to make your point across.

    Advice to Management

    I require little to no supervision, fast learner, I have knowledge of front and back office and my love toward animals is unmesuarable I personally have 8 dogs my babies and my sister had 3 adorable cats we all get along as family.
