I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great benefits package, pay, and compensation plan. Opportunities available for advancement for the geographically flexible. Long hours required (above and beyond a 40 hours week).

    Cons

Many hours of work required. Sometimes there are competing internal goals that amplify workplace stress. Employees take a look out for oneself attitude that can impact teaming/teamwork.

    Advice to Management

A greater commitment to your employee’s professional growth.
