I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

AT&T has lots of positive aspects of the company including it's diversity and inclusion/equal opportunity employer, community service/volunteer involvement, benefits(medical/dental/vision/life), training, tuition reimbursement, advancement opportunities and more...

    Cons

There are no part-time positions available for my department only Retail Stores and I have a young child so online classes are hard in the evenings because it's hands-on at home.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote transparency and honesty between management and non-management with an open door of communication policy throughout the company as a whole, not just between management and leadership/upper management.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great salary. Good benefits.

    Cons

Medical insurance deductibles are very high - $2750 for individual. Executives no longer care about their employees. Layoffs are happening every month. They have declared that 50% of the workforce will be eliminated by 2020.

    Advice to Management

Reduce your outrageous pays. You are not worth millions.

I have been working at AT&T (More than 10 years)

    Pros

benefits, discounts on services, 401k package

    Cons

don't appreciate long term employees, not based on performance or rating and ranking, but on popularity and likability.

    Advice to Management

People are there to do work and not win a popularity contest. Because a woman is assertive does not make her difficult to work with. It is definitely a man's world and company regardless of what they try to project as their image.

    Pros

Lots of training opportunities; flexible hours / work from home allowed

    Cons
