    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, fair pay for long work hours

    Cons

    Not protected from sexual assault

    Advice to Management

Don’t transfer or offer a package to exemplary employee to keep corporate sexual Assault quiet. AT&T’s concern is only the all mighty dollar no matter if it harms an employee mentally, emotionally or financially

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits and pretty okay pay. They provide your work attire for you and have great discounts on employee plans.

    Cons

It’s all a numbers game. A lot of pressure daily. Work life balance is poor. Used to be somewhere that you could grow and create a career with.

    Advice to Management

This used to be a fun loving career where you have fun and it has turned into a somewhat miserable job. You need to be able to love what you do in order to do it well and not feel like just a number.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Compensation, health benefits, 401k, opportunity to grow as well as meet many local business owners, vacation benefits start almost immediately.

    Cons

Micro management, constantly changing commission structure, decreasing commissions with added metrics, terrible hours for a family life unless you're high in seniority

    Advice to Management

Have no advice for lower management, but executive level needs to seriously look at the way your store managers work and hold them accountable to the same standards that your union based employees are held.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Training was very in depth, pay was great as long as you are willing to work at it, room for growth within company.

    Cons

Very disorganized once you return from training, management was never permanent, scheduling was unwilling to work with outside life as new employee.

    I worked at AT&T full-time

    Pros

Fun people to work with. Made pretty good money (50k)

    Cons

Very stresssful. AT&T is always adding/changing sales goals. It seemed that they were trying to make you sell more and and pay you less. They were continuously increasing sales goals. Everyone that had worked there for more then a couple years complained about that happening.

    Advice to Management

Assistant managers and store managers were good. The commission structure needs to change. Stop paying people less and expecting them to do more. Thats why AT&T has a high turn over rate.

    Pros

Benefits, pay is okay, not great.

    Cons

No work life balance, Good ole boys network is alive and well. If you want to be treated poorly, hassled constantly, and only live to work, it is a great job. Otherwise take your talents elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Wouldn't waste my time to say anything, they don't care whatsoever.
