    I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years


    Great opportunities for those just starting careers with their professional degrees that are cloud based, or if you are looking at sales in their retail stores they do not require a degree. at&t provides paid training. Being a Union based employer the pay for non-management is negotiated by contract which means they can't cut your base pay. Commission pay of course is based on company rates not negotiated so that part...

    the healthcare insurance is expensive if you have a Large family to cover. the dental/eye insurance just covers minimum now days, out of pocket is high on that. those of us in the 50plus age club are no longer a value or asset even based on years of experience.

    Advice to Management

    As an employee who will have 19 years with at&t come 2/2017 am very disappointed that i have given 19 years of perfect attendance and took advantage of all the companies "in house" continuing education and assisting managers with daily operations only to be continually passed over for job openings.
