I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Benefits. Salary and compensation are at a ceiling upon hiring

    Cons

No creativity. The company buys other companies to compensate for there lack of foresight. Buying/Merging is not a Business Plan. Managers, Supervisors, and Contractors have to work incredible hours and then their functions are moved overseas after they have trained the replacement employees.

    Advice to Management

Stop patting yourselves on the back. Develop Business Plans beyond 3 months. Develop products and services organically. Buying/Merging to compensate for the lack of vision of the Industry is not Corporate Management.

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Day's off are nice and enjoyed

    Cons

Senior leadership sucks. Unless your in some form of management position, look at this role as foder for the masses. Disposable, sheep being led to slaughter, don't think for yourself.

    Advice to Management

Looking at the org chart, nepotism runs hard in the culture. Assistant store managers have no clue on how to motivate or manage staff. It's fear driven, coaching, write ups, if you don't hit your monthly goals. Speaking of goals, they are harder to hit because the cost of products and services are very expensive so customers are choosing streaming service (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon) and the cost of phones are pushing 2k fully...
