I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

For such a large organization AT&T does a fantastic job in sharing the corporate vision with direct interaction with the C suite executives. Training opportunities are almost limitless for motivated employees.

Career advancement seem limited resulting in some employees leaving the company in hopes of returning to a higher position later down the road.

    Advice to Management

Continued focus on solution and service integration to be the one stop shop meeting customers needs and wants.

    Advice to Management

Hawaii is DIFFERENT from Mainland counterparts. YES...income demographics make a HUGE difference in sales in the area. Unrealistic goals in stores to satisfy shareholders and profits but we are brainwashed to train it as "Uncovering & matching customers needs" but when that doesn't align with quotas...that means team performance is deficient...not that people just don't need "all that".........it's just not right.
