    Pros

    The pay is fair for position. Your covered by a union. They will hear your complaints. You are give a good amount of time off. To submit when available to you.

    Cons

    Very little professionalism with in work space MNGMT treats staff as cattle. Your not a person your a number. If your not performing your personal comfort or concerns fall of deaf ears as you are not important. Even if requesting a change of position your dismissed to rot and fall thru the cracks out of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Do not treat employees unprofessionally. It’s 2018. Some of things I hear mngmt say about employees personal business is a disgrace. Inappropriate comments made (sexually) and no one is checking the behavior it is left to be accepted as a normal thing.

    If you are disabled or sick. You will have people talk less of you with in management on the floor among employees. There is a poor support system. Not a safe place to voice your opinion if you do it’s a Guarantee shortly after you will be bullied by your peers and mngmt. I took this position as an attempt to acclimate to my new environment in a different state till I figured out what is best.

    I did come in with an open mind to see if this will be a place I may grow and consider a career with in ATT. Unfortunately this has become an experience that has me questioning the company as an employee but most importantly I am a customer long before I joined ATT. I Truly hope this review crosses the right set of eyes as this is heartbreaking for a large company as this to allow such poor behavior and unhealthy practices to be done to your employees and your customers.

    I appreciate structure and order. Proper leadership with a clear goal and plan to execute the success of the company vision. Now please keep in mind. There are many positions that are amazing with in this company as some other reviews state. But unfortunately I can not praise the one I am in. Call centers are to large with many employees to not have a proper structure in place for the overall experience to be kept at a level that promotes bulling and sexual harassment . It’s very unfortunate. I will gladly share this experience with everyone. If your background comes from corporate America where you carry your self professionally this is not the type of work you should ever consider. Look at another position.

    No work life balance at all..unbelievable amount of pressure and stress Horrible this used to be a great company...now if you can’t sell direct tv to a customer and 5 of their relatives they don’t want you

    Spend more time caring about your frontline employees and less time hiding in the back

    Pros

    Decent pay, little travel.

    Cons

    Many managers at the state and regional level have little to no experience in sales, and are put in their positions because of connections within the company and their willingness to be obedient.

    Sales objectives and quotas change dramatically from month to month, and many times, the sales teams don't know their quotas until half way through the month. In addition, there is a reoccurring theme of firing sales people and relocating their quotas to the remainder of the team, instead of back-filling the empty position. Management has a hard time understanding why their salespeople have trouble hitting a two-person quota...

    Customer service would rather pass customer problems on to the customer's assigned account managers, instead of handling issues themselves (i.e. doing their job). Its very difficult to have a productive sales day when you're handling customer service issues that you had no part in causing.

    Advice to Management

    If you want positive sales results, hire managers with sales experience, who understand how sales cycles work and can grasp the technology without having to be trained by their employees.

    Busy environment. Constant role development. Good sales support always available. Operations center staff talented but inexperienced. Coworkers friendly and helpful. Good team cooperation.

    Cons

    Cross department and divisional communications slow. Difficult to access key personnel to resolve client issues at times. High turnover in management and supervision.

    Advice to Management

    Streamline support and field service network. Shorten cycle times for client callbacks and problem resolution.
