    I worked at AT&T part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wireless discounts would he the only real benefit of working here in my opinion. The cell service isn't the best but having the discount justified keeping it.

    Cons

Bad management all around. I couldn't report to my manager without feeling weird or wether or not they're upset prior to me meeting with them or not.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more with everyone

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    At&t pays well for retail
    They offer decent benifits
Such as vacation time, and company phone.

    Cons

Management wants the SSR to wear multiple hats. You're a full-time SSR, part time rep, part time manager, and no one notices. If you want to move up in the company you have to go into sales. Your job is to help the staff, yet no one helps you with your task. No teamwork what so ever. I honestly feel because I don't make the company money, I don't matter.

    Advice to Management

If the company needs SSR's you should make us feel like you do.
