I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A lot of benefits! Also networking with customers and employees really helps your career out!

    Cons

You have to always be aware of new changes! Be aware of crazy customers but that is in any retail business!

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great benefits & decent pay.

    Cons

A lot of lip service to get you to meet quota and then you're let go, no time spend with family because of long hours and forced overtime, no support by management who's also under a micromanaged microscope, so supplies or materials to do your work, unsafe working conditions or broken equipment.

    Advice to Management

Instead of telling employees that they are the company's greatest asset, prove it by building trust with them instead of taking advantage of their precious time in order to move up within this oppressive company.
