    Pros

Good pay and benefits! Interact with people all day, it's a good company to work for. There is a lot of opportunity to move up or parallel within the company.

    Cons

No time off, cannot call in sick or late. Hard for someone with a family. Goals and commission always changing, not a very stable income but never a terrible income either.

    Advice to Management

Coach to each employees personality instead of everyone the same way.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very Good company to work for. They were very professional, willing to accept overtime requests and always looking for people to work extra shifts. The training was very thorough and helped you know exactly what you would be doing in real time. Easy to move up within company always had people coming and going which is why it was very easy for employees to be overlooked.

    Cons

Easy to get burnt out. you need to learn how to spate work life, from home life. Because I felt like I had no time away from work, and was very stressful.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The only good thing AT&T has going for its employees is the money and benefits.

    Cons

Horrible management that does not care about it's employees just the numbers. They want you to push products on people hoping they will buy. And if you don't they will find a way to push you out with write ups.

    Advice to Management

Fire the 2nd and 3rd Line. Quit using intimidation methods to scare employees.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great pay, easy to make money if your willing to put the work in and the hours. Great environment if you work with the right people and you have your managements support.

    Cons

Horrible management, constant quota change, commission change, my management team would one day be great and then completely flip the script the next day, write up's (PDTS) and threats of termination are a common occurrence won't stand up for their employees if a customer disrespects them, "customer is always right" when they are clearly not. We got a new manager in and 75% of the people who worked there have either quit, transferred or been fired let that be an indication of how management is set up.
