I have been working at AT&T (Less than a year)

    Pros

Corporate benefits, 401k,healthcare, commission on top of hourly rate, management is great at mentoring, large company with room to grow

    Cons

Weekend and holiday hours- what you would expect working a retail position. Commission could be tough especially with competition for high volume sales- stand your ground and follow up with your leads to close deals

I worked at AT&T (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great mobility products that customers tend to love. Generally good employee discounts. Direct supervisors tend to be sympathetic to the field level concerns about director-level up, and non-field leadership disconnection.

    Cons

Extremely disconnected leadership, poor work/life balance, disconnected systems for reporting and compensation, constant change in expectations with extremely poor communication from senior leadership, take larger accounts that have taken years to develop away from you without explanation or notice to either the seller OR the account, and more.

    Advice to Management

Manage the business by addressing the issues raised by employees in the eNPS surveys, rather than by getting rid of the employees who raise the issues.
