    Cons

    Advice to Management

If Randall Stephenson can take home upwards of $28 Million, it's only fair to pay your employees consistent wages across the country and and have low cost benefits for both full time and part time employees.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good salary considering no college degree required. Advancement opportunities if you are mobile. Free or reduced cost learning opportunities. Employee discounts.

    Cons

Sales number pressure despite reducing staff. Yearly reorganization of personnel structure cause the loss of several jobs. Constantly being told how much employees are valued, but with little action other than superficial programs that are touted as amazing benefits to back that claim.

    Advice to Management

For people to come first, profits have to come second.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, competitive work environment, discount on service and accessories

    Cons

High sales goals, micromanaging management, poor attendance policy and FMLA hell

    Advice to Management

You should value your employees more. You ask more and more of us while we have to deal with customers and never ending sales goals.

    I worked at AT&T full-time

    Pros

They pay their employees great! They offer great discounts on services provided by the company. They offer benefits, health, dental, vision, 401K.

    Cons

Work/life balance isn't all that great, but it's retail. There is a great amount of favoritism that goes around. The company has changed over the years not looking out for its employees.

    I worked at AT&T full-time

    Pros

Good Job, Good Salary, you could make a lot if you hit yours goals every month. Lots of benefits as well

    Cons

Stressful goals commission structure will change all the time. Your manager will decide if the store you work is enjoyable or not

    Advice to Management

Promote from within your store and don't change the commission structure so often respect the opinions of your employees not really much more than that

    Pros

    Great pay and great benefits

    Cons

Stressful. It is either over staffed or understaff on any given day. Can be like a used car sales place, competing for customers/sales or it can be the opposite where no one wants to help any customers coming in.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone the same. They always play favorites.

I have been working at AT&T (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company vehicle, freedom, not in an office.

    Cons

Directv used to be a great company to work for. Cared about their employees a whole lot more than the "Darkside of the force." AT&T could care less about Directv employees. Everything was better with Directv, AT&T is the worst company to work for. Would never recommend anyone to work for them👎👎👎👎👎

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees and your customers rather than how fat your pockets can get, you greedy grubby board members
