Dencent pay and good benefits
Very poor work/life balance. Schedule always changes and you must ask off about a month and half in advance. Little upward mobility. Quotas were slowly raised throughout my time there put the commission stayed the same.

Advice to Management
Fire most of your store managers, most of them cant sell, and have nothing to offer the employees. They just ask the employees for answers to tough questions anyway
