I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Led account delivery team for large client for several years. Was given complete autonomy with client for delivery. Teamed with some excellent engineers. Acquired excellent knowledge about business and technology.

    Cons

Unsupportive management (wrong manager = bad times). Worked around the clock at times for multiple days with little support. Rigid policies. Haphazard policies.

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Higher salary than the average in the region. Good cooperation within team and other teams. Opportunity to grow - you are not stuck in one position if you have the will to go further.

    Cons

There is a great fluctuation of people in some teams which make it difficult to rely on co-workers. Sometimes it is tough to understand all those English accents from all around the world 😊
