I worked at AT&T for more than a year

    Pros

Great Resume Builder. That is about it.

    Cons

Traffic to El Segundo is really bad. As a contractor, you are treated as a second class citizen. You never get the feeling like you belong a to the family. This position was not really a Sys Admin job, it was more of a satellite and RF technician job. Little to no room for improvement or career opportunities, as a contractor it is unlikely that you will be brought on permanently.

    Advice to Management

Please Hire a Project Manager who is actually tech savvy.

I have been working at AT&T for less than a year

    Pros

Decent. It's OK. What the company offers and provides is pretty much ok. Stable and predictable. I like the salary and the benefits. Not too much not very few. Nobody is bugging us if the job is performed.

    Cons

My team is totally not forged. Even saying a hello is huge effort for a lot of people. Bunch of these quite typical IT guys with low social skills.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on building the team.
